Aiko began her training at The Studio PV from age three until age ten and later continued her training at Rise Academy of Dance, where she has been dancing since she was eleven. She usually performed small hip hop contemporary routines at the senior homes. Through dance and volunteering for the community, she gained skills like organization, discipline, and leadership which she carried into her role in the YPC board.

“Being part of the YPC board really allowed me to connect with others, give to the community, and bring joy to the seniors. I loved being able to share the arts with a wider audience, especially those that may not have the chance to experience these live performances. “
